Full-Time | Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do
- Professionally clean client homes using CWC's proven systems, products and techniques
- Notice the details and leave each home looking and feeling exceptional
- Build positive relationships with recurring clients
- Work independently and alongside other CWC technicians
- Take ownership of your quality, efficiency and professional growth
- Represent CWC with professionalism and pride
This is an active, physical job. You'll spend your day moving, bending, reaching, carrying equipment and working at a professional pace. If you like staying active and seeing the results of your work, that can be one of the best parts of the job.

You'll also need to be:
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working independently
- Friendly and respectful with clients and teammates
- Open to training, feedback and doing things the CWC way
- Able to adapt when the day doesn't go exactly as planned
- In possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable, registered and insured vehicle for daily travel between client homes
- Able to successfully complete CWC's required pre-employment screening
- At least 21 years of age due to company vehicle insurance requirements
Previous residential cleaning experience is welcome, but it is not required.
